- Fines against theft can be charged

2. Payment for Water, Sanitation and Refuse
Removal can be included and controlled by owner

- At Prepaid Electric owners are able to utilise our software to collect water and sanitation money via the sub meter.
- Levies can be loaded onto the meter e.g. an average water consumption levy per unit can be charged and loaded per month.

3. The Owner is in control of Rent
Collection through the Sub Meter Software

- The owner controls the disabling of a sub meter in cases where rental payments are overdue.
- This puts the Owner/Investor in control and can help to collect overdue accounts more readily.
- Disabling the sub meter will prevent a tenant from purchasing any electricity for the unit.
- Debt can thus be collected via the prepaid sub meter. The sub meter can be enabled with settlement of all areas by the tenant.

4. Reports of consumption is available to
the Owner

- Owners/Investors have access to simple or detailed reports for consumption and payments for each unit with a sub meter .

5. Transparency is ensured to Owners
via Prepaid metering software

- Our sub meter software gives the owner/Investor access to the purchase history for all his/her meters - This assures that all refunds made by Prepaid Electric is openly and honestly done.
